Prompted by Oursin I have just been poking around the Downing Street Petitions site. I finally broke at this one. Although I could have been convinced to sign up for this one.

The British Library one, which sparked Oursin's original visit, I happily signed, incidentally.

i signed the british library one...am now racking my brain for a petition of my own...presumably one arsking for the death penalty for hippies wouldn't be accepted because it would be '...outside the remit or powers of the Prime Minister and Government'.

i might 'ave'ter settle for an indefinite ban upon Queen's 'Bohemian Rupture' and Wings' 'Mull of Kintyre'.
