I can protect myself thanks. I've never seen this broad. Though I stopped at an outdoor cafe in NYC last weekend and a fully dressed clown sat down for a meal. For real. Hardly anyone gave her a second look.

I don't think they would bat an eyelid in London either though, although here people would put that down to English reticence.
