Discovering that the bankruptcy a solicitor has just rung up and put in your diary for a hearing tomorrow, and then has discussed with you in general terms but without telling you the name, is one where you appeared for the other side on the original unopposed hearing some time ago, and that side is expecting you to appear for them tomorrow.

Conclusion: I now have a completely clear diary tomorrow. Oops.
