Yd think (no offence to ritu I hope). But no, this is one of the twin hearts f Western capitalism, so far as litigation is concerned still (just) beating NYC in terms of the money at stake, and we have been relying on candles.

Actually I was suggesting we should invest in one. The Land registry, which is next door, seems to have its own backup supply, so I don't see why we shouldn't too.
