Ah, brilliant stuff. I love the barefoot doctor. Every single bit of advice he gives seems to involve rubbing either the liver or (more normally) the kidneys in an anti-clockwise direction.
To be fair, some of his columns can be quite good - the one after the death of his father I found very affecting, but most of the advice is twaddle IMO.
Hah, I see that somebody has made the same comment as me about rubbing the kidneys.
