...And there went the weather. Something of a relief frankly. I couldn't sleep until gone three last night, and therefore didn't wake up until quarter to nine. Fortunately I don't have a huge amount to do today, and am instead pottering about trying to make sense of both my VAT return and my Income Tax return. Perhaps not the cleverest idea to do both at once...
Going out to dinner with K tonight. Haven't seen her for ages, as she's been in Canada. Found a box of Depressing Stuff from the past while tidying up the flat, but have successfully put the lid back on it and put it in the bottom drawer. That's both literal and metaphorical, if anyone was wondering. I've spent quite long enough in the pits of depression over that, and we're getting on so much better these days, I'm not going to let myself go back there.
Phtographs for the website have arrived. They are, without exception, awful, and I can't decide between "arsy and quizzical" and "mildly amused at all this foolishness". "Scary headcase", however, has been discounted out of hand.
