"(e) any other matters which, in the opinion of those intending to make the
application for an administration order, will assist the court in deciding whether to make such an order, so far as lying [sic] within the knowledge or belief of the applicant."

We pay politicians and parliamentary draughtsmen to come up with legislation this crap?

Sorry, ignore me, I have my work head on for once. And am resolutely not thnking about the train I ought to be catching from Paddington to Castle Cary around now.
I am trying to find someone who will go for a drink with me. I can feel a gin and tonic mood coming on. Sadly, I am as yet having little success.
The chapel bell is tolling, which means a bencher of the Inn has died. Legend has it that it was that tradition which made John Donne, who was preacher here, write his "for whom the bell tolls" meditation, but I don't buy it, tolling bells for a death was fairly common at the time.

well some one already beat me to the drooling over gin and tonics so hmm, well now hmm.

Yes we do pay polititicians and parlimentary draughtsmen to come up with that crap, becaouse to the untrained layman that sounds kinda legal and technical and impressive. Anyways of course our politicians are honest and not trying to pull the whool over our eyes!
