There are three questions on my mind...

Amongst the questions on my mind are such elements as..

Whatever.

1. Why are cinema listings at such crappy times? Who the hell wants to go at 6? 5:30, yes, 8, yes, 6, no.
2. Or is that just me?
3. What is the meaning of "occupier" in the Occupiers Liability Acts 1957 and 84 and is it the same in section 4 of Defective Premises Act 1972?
4. Why is it that it seems the weather is likely to break just in time for the weekend?
5. Why has Somebody buggered off to Africa to do good works for the summer instead of, um, not doing so?
6. Why is my touchpad mouse so shite?
7. Why?
8. There is no eighth question.
9. Why am I wasting time when every time I write a section of this opinion and think I've nearly finished whole new beautiful wide vistas of problems of ball-aching complexity open up?

apology accepted :) my hot croatian man gets better near the end of this years season...i couldnt stand how they wrote his part this season - they made him so sad! and i will also say - the season's finale is quite wonderful :)

Please explain how 5:30 is better than 6

5:30 is fine for students, bloody teachers on half term mentioning no names oh no, dropouts and the rest. They can go to the film and be out at a reasonable time for dinner. If you go in at 6 then (a) you probably won't eat before 9; more importantly (b) that screen won't be free again for a showing until about a half 8 start at the earliest, which means that those people who couldn't make the 6 showing because they have jobs come out at getting on for 11, and they probably didn't get to go home in between if they are going out in central London rather than their home cinema, and so on and so forth but this is all ex post facto justification of course (how many cups of coffee is that today now?)...

(3) Am literature student. To me, occupier means only "one who occupies."
(4) For the better or for the worse? Here, it seems it gets rainier on the weekends.

(1) Probably.
(2) Good
(3) If statutory interpretation were that simple there would be far less work for me to do. Though my clients in this case would be much happier.
(4) Here also. Thus for worse, from my pointof view.
(5) Well, they should have subsumed that desire to the Greater Cause of getting to know me better. Obviously.
(6) Is a laptop. Cheaper option possibly just to fit old PS2 mouse lying around somewhere.
