Obnoxious and ignorant woman famous solely for being obnoxious and ignorant on reality tv show is obnoxious and ignorant on reality tv show. This sentence really ought to be followed by "film at 11", not by "international furore and mild diplomatic spat follows", surely. What did anyone expect?

Classic case of the media thinking it's a story because it concerns the media. Who cares? It's on a par with printing an obituary of a newspaper's mailboy.

I have watched the clips now and frankly wish I hadn't bothered. That stupid woman can't get to the end of a sentence and commented on the bollywood star 'not bein' abol to speak english proper' or somesuch. I still can't say if half of them are being racist since other than a surplus of 'like' 'disrespekting' 'yeah' 'she's ma best MATE's they don't seem to be saying anything for the most part.

If they make a series after this sending that muppet to India I will join them in the burning of Endemol effigies in the street though.

Well, the point is not that she's being obnoxious and ignorant - everyone knew that would happen. The point is we've all been irritated by her for years, unable to understand how such an obnoxious and ignorant bint can make an ongoing career to the tune of £4 million just out of being an obnoxious and ignorant bint.

So her downfall is delicious. And constitutes news, in my opinion.
