liadnanYesterday's threatening omens have proved true, and I woke up this morning with a head full of liquid concrete. I rang in to say that I had no intention of leaving my bed all day, and my clerk, having heard about two words, said "well, it doesn't sound like you'd be much use..."
In fact, however, I had to go and buy food, and the library at Swiss Cottage was on the way.. I don't often visit the public library beause I always forget to take the books back, but I seem to have gathered an amful of random things even though I really came in for the free internet access.
I shall now return to my bed and write a diatribe. About what, I have no idea as yet, but I'm in a cranky mood and feel I should make use of it.
