liadnanIt's absolutely pissing down over Lincoln's Inn Fields, and I am temporarily a refugee from the Drilling in my own office. I'm also exhausted, for no good reason, this morning's hearing was hardly arduous even if it was in deepest darkest Essex.
The weekend was good, and at some point I shall write some kind of splurge about how the village in which I grew up has changed, but not now. My sister is in a bit of a state mentally, but the only real damage from their crash was that half the windscreen ended up in her arm (I had the vague idea they were designed to avoid that). Incredibly lucky really. She now refuses to travel in cars without passenger air bags, as the one they had undoubtedly saved her life and the baby's.
I've been trying to upload the Greece photos but the only webspace to which I have title is playing silly buggers.
For those who don't know, and don't need an intercontinental flight to do anything about it, drinks to celebrate another step in my inevitable progress towards the grave will be taking place on 4th October in The Albert, here.
Anyone expecting substance from me: I'm afraid you must wait for another day.
