I do my best, I'll remind him to curtsey next time we meet... Alas I couldn't make the spring barbecue on Sunday or we could have discussed the fine tradition of assigning a percentage of one's income to the best beloved's jewellery box. Since precious metals, gems and higher value pieces constitute one of the more reliable long term investments I like to give this advice to all the newly affianced :-)
