Interesting.
Government of Ireland 1914 Act (which pretty much gave Irish home-rulers, as oppposed to nationalists, what they wanted) was the one never brought into force because of the outbreak of WWI toook away political concentration somewhat. The result was 1916 and the rise of Sinn Fein to a serious political force.
I thought there was a third one under the 1949 Act but couldn't for the life of me remember what it was. Unsurprising it was on Europe.
