I doubt I would. I can't imagine what I would change: if I were planning to be in London (or Glasgow, or Manchester, or ...), would I not go because MI5 thought the threat was higher? Would I be more vigilant? (And what would that mean? Avoid people with backpacks? Avoid crowds? Look people in the eye?)
