Now, I think the strongest of Season Two is "Passions" - that scene were Angel is watching Buffy get the call that Miss Calendar is dead thru the window is awestriking.
Also, I'm very very partial to the second episode of Season Six (dammit, I forget the name) - the moment where Spike first realises she's alive absolutely kills me. But then, I'm partial to Six generally - I really like the darkness of it.
