The cost is probably going to be the real killer -I'd forgotten you were LSE-, which is why I am surprised that Gordon's people, when he's supposedly always been lukewarm about the project, are on board. Perhaps it's indicative that he's moving into basing his thinking on what he'd do in No 10 rather than in No 11.
